Ordinance 32 of 2013 - Use and Sale of Fireworks within the City of Benton in City
Amendment- Ordinance 51 of 2015- Establishing Late Fee
Permits must be obtained from the City Clerk's office to sale any fireworks within the city limits of Benton. This permit fee is $500 for one year and sales are permitted between June 25th - July 5th.
