General Special Event Requests | MUST BE SUBMITTED A MINIMUM OF 30 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR EVENT DATE
The City of Benton Parks and Recreation welcomes all types of events including weddings, 5K Races, Block Parties, church community events, graduations, dances, etc. Special events have specific requirements and applications before approval may be issued. Advanced notification is required from the Parks and Recreation Department to help ensure the best possible service for your event. By complying with this Agreement and the bounds set herein the Parks and Recreation Department can help ensure your reservation is adequately prepared for, facilitated and maintained. Indoor/Outdoor Tournament Requests | MUST BE SUBMITTED A MINIMUM OF 14 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR EVENT DATE
The City of Benton Parks and Recreation Facility Rental Application and Agreement is required to reserve any field or court within the city parks system for baseball/softball tournaments, basketball tournaments, outside leagues, etc. By complying with this Agreement and the bounds set herein the Parks and Recreation Department can help ensure your reservation is adequately prepared for, facilitated and maintained.
